Founder & Chief Executive Officer
I Made Suesnawa is a results-driven hospitality professional with over 27 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel and villa operations. With a strong background in both Food & Beverage and Rooms Division, he has successfully led multi-department operations, pre-opening projects, and high-performing teams across various hospitality properties.
Currently serving in senior operational leadership roles, he specializes in strategic operational management, financial planning and cost control, service excellence implementation, SOP development, and revenue optimization. His expertise includes strengthening sales performance, building effective teams through training and mentorship, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Recognized for his hands-on leadership style, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, I Made consistently drives operational efficiency, service quality, and sustainable business growth.
